Laurie Winestock
As the principal at Paradise By Design, Laurie Winestock brings an artistic sensibility to her work. In addition to years of experience in the landscaping field, Ms. Winestock holds a BFA in fine art as a painter and sculptor. This, as well as years of additional experience in diverse design fields, horticulture, permaculture and ecology, give her a deep knowledge of how to build a strong design concept. With a unique ability to create experimental and sculptural landscapes, Ms. Winestock is also able to work in all styles of design, from classical to contemporary. She brings sophistication and an integrated beauty to every landscape design.

Sustainability
With an eye on sustainability, we are able to work using diverse techniques and materials to create landscapes that consider and protect the surrounding ecology. Building in ways that are energy efficient and sustainable, we specialize in designs that emphasize elements such as living walls, tree-lined allées for shade, permeable paving and lawn replacement. We are well versed in building with recycled materials, and have wide experience with drought tolerant and native plant selections.

Once your landscape is complete, we provide on-going maintenance support to nurture, sustain and grow the integrity of your completed design.
